Back Market is not just a one-off business. They’re also a unique employer, home to colourful, free-thinking, boundary pushers in nine of the world’s biggest cities – and growing. Not long ago, they launched their first-ever EVP. The next big challenge was to create an all-singing, all-dancing careers site that would bring it and the company culture vividly to life. Fun, quirky headlines. Not too much copy. Generous portions of video content, imagery, emoji-style illustrations and infographics. All of this is supported by an innovative technology platform that simplifies discovering, understanding, and applying for Back Market opportunities.
